A View Out My Window - Spring 2010

A View Out My Window - Spring 2010
Saturday, March 20, 2010

Time flys! Already it's Spring and it seems like we took our first Day of Winter photos just last week.
So here is the proposal: Where ever you are on Saturday, March 20, take a photo looking at the world outside.
Be it from a train, a car or your kitchen window, lets see what our world looks like on the first day of spring.

There are no rules, you can take one photo or multiple photos throughout the day from the inside looking out. Then post them here and see what we've got.

no, but because of the building our flat is even you don't even get nice rain drop patterns on the windows (well not unless it is blowing a hooly and the rain is virtually horizontal) normally you just get a gray wet outlook. If we get any dry periods I'll try and get down the allotment.

Mmmm, that's too bad. Well, I'm going to make some photos out of my window anyhow, even if it's snowing. [:)]

Fort Flagler State Park on Saturday morning from inside our truck camper. The forecast for a sunny day cratered - instead, high clouds, wind and cool temps.

Well, totally forgot about this. I did take a couple of pictures though, but they were of my car and the new intake I installed, so I picked out the one which best showed the surrounding area. I was just too busy to remember and too eager to get out of the house and yard for my birthday. The snow melted really fast here this year so far with most of it going within a week long timeframe. We don't have much left now.

No it certainly isn't, we actually had a very nice day on Sunday, managed to get down the allotment and do lots of digging and seed planting in the greenhouse, but completely forgot to take my camera doh!

The car is beautiful - I need one! (Who cares about spring)

I took this one outside later in the day. . .that's about as good as it got. The wind blew like a tornado that night and we shook so hard that there was little sleep. It started to rain the next morning as we were leaving. So much for the first day of spring.
