'Shallow Daffodils'

I made this shot before in wide-angle with red tulips.
Now it's yellow daffodils with a shallow depth of field.
An entirely different effect, and I'm not sure I like it.
If I find the time, I'll retake this shot one of these days.

I also don't know if I really like it. I prefer a bit more surrealistic view.

More narrow depth of view isn't possible because you're already on f/2.8. Maybe it will with more zoom.

Maybe it attacts more if the depth of view is even more narrow so that one daffodil is in focus, and the rest off-focus. on-focus daffodil should be bigger though.

I'm considering the opposite : less zoom (more wide angle) and much more depth of field, just like in the red tulips photo.
